how much will people pay for lawn care?

i am a 13 yr old who loves to be outside so i want to start a lawn care buisiness. i would start with doing weeding, raking and mowing. how much would you pay for this? should i charge by the hour? of by the job? or just use my judgement and ask them ehat they think? i need suggestions!
