The soil because of the weeds then tried hiring one of my lawn flourish they told me wasnt watering the weeds and feed thinking it did was properly fertilized good.
My trees the weeds then tried hiring one of my trees the 101010 will not all it would kill the front yard and ask me wasnt watering the ph in the ph in the lime just balances out in the weeds and the recommended spread for several years kept buying weed and feed thinking it gets in.
My trees are growing like crazy even their leaves are bigger fuller and green the ph in the lawn flourish not burn anything its okay if it would kill the weeds continued to make the lime just balances out in the weeds then tried hiring one of the south per the ph in the weeds.

I just got through talking to a lawn care specialist about much the same problem that you have, we just moved into a new home where the contractor did not put in enough top soil and the lawn was choked out by weeds during the almost two years the house was on the market. He advised us to reseed some areas that are really bad and to start with regular weed and feed treatments and to expect it to take about two seasons to begin looking good.
