For me have bought two or three in my lifetime hope this helps.

For 24 years and they run forever id go with the time.

Since pushing down or lifting up on the handle only effects the rear wheels I would pick the lawn-boy. I would consider buying a used mower from someone who repairs mowers. $50 bucks for a mower may last just as long as a new mower. You don’t need new, just a good mower. Don’t waste your money.
