Find yourself a 1/2″ socket, or wrench.
On the bottom of the carburator bowl is the bowl nut/jet.

Remove the nut, remove the bowl, and clean it out well.
Sometimes the bowl tends to stick to the big Oring on top of it.

There’s probably some old gas in the bottom of it, and/or water.
