		<description>yep its tricky what you do is run the strin thru the hole right then pull up th slack and with that you crank the spring and let the string go after you have turn it as far as you can.. and you got to be careful that spring will cut you if you knock it out once ya done it a few times your know not hard just  a pain</description>
