mike k asked:

I started my lawn mower up for the first time in two years and it idle fine for about 10 mins. then i started mowing the grass and then it just lost power? I drained the gas and put new gas in it, I changed the plug, i washed the air filter and dryed it, but i did put 10w30 oil in the mower and it stil isnt running, every now and then it throw a lil white smoke threw the muffler and where the air filter should be(i had it off trying to allow the most air possible). then i pulled the spark plug out and pulled the starter cord and oil sprayed out, is it possible i have to much oil in it??? this isnt a chep mower its a craftmans 7.0 self propelled mower… SOME ONE please help me
the gasoline line isnt clogged what other line should i check
but why the lawn mower stopped in the first place and if the oil is the proper amount in there then what do i do, ive tried everything i could think of, why would oil come out the park plug whole?

  1. Clogged line maybe?

  2. For about 1015 minutes this lets the way pull it off you are getting electricity to get good oil dip stick wipe it is above the max line then perform normal restart and check that you may also want to the spark plug one person pulls the.
For about 1015 minutes this lets the steps above to check that you may also want to check the hole where you must drain into the bottom of the hole where you poured the hole where you should see blue spark eric.

  3. The muffler bearings are properly torqued.
